How this log is built
Each entry is a canonical fact — the PR application fee, an Employment Pass qualifying salary, a processing standard — with the value before, the value after, when it took effect and the official page it was read from. Announced changes appear before their effective date and are marked as such. Entries are added by SingaPR's monitoring of official sources and by editorial verification; nothing here is inferred from third-party reporting.
