How this works
Getting professional help with your PR application
Most people can apply for PR themselves through ICA's e-Service. If you would rather have a consultancy review or prepare your application, SingaPR connects you with a participating one — disclosed plainly before you submit, and never by stealth.
How matching works
- Run an assessment. Start the eligibility checker, the readiness assessment or any other assessment. Free, and you can work through the questions without giving any details.
- Give your details to get your result. Your name, mobile number and e-mail are needed to produce your personalised result, send you a copy and answer questions about it. A notice above the submit button says exactly that.
- Read what happens next, before you submit. The same notice says that, because you are asking for help with a Singapore immigration matter, your details go to one suitable participating consultancy so it can offer that help. Submitting the form is the request; nothing is hidden behind a link or a pre-ticked box.
- Be contacted, or tell us to stop. The consultancy contacts you about professional assistance by phone, text message (including SMS and WhatsApp) or e-mail. You can stop it at any time via the withdraw consent form, by replying STOP, or by e-mailing our Data Protection Officer, and we instruct the consultancy to stop. Marketing from SingaPR is a separate, optional choice that is never part of the assessment form.
What participating consultancies commit to
- Operate lawfully in Singapore and identify themselves fully when they contact you.
- Make no guaranteed-approval claims — ICA decides every case, and no consultancy can influence ICA.
- Comply with the PDPA and Do Not Call rules, contact you only about what you asked for, and stop when you withdraw.
- Never sell or pass your details to anyone else.
- Give you a written quote before any fee is payable.
How SingaPR is paid
SingaPR may receive a referral fee from a participating consultancy when a person it connected becomes that consultancy's client. This does not change your result, our guides or the consultancy's fees, and it is the reason the platform can stay free. We do not accept payment to alter content or rankings.
