Permanent Residence
How much does a Singapore PR application cost?
The official cost of a Singapore PR application is S$100 per application, paid online at submission and non-refundable. If approved, S$120 is payable at completion of formalities: S$20 for the Entry Permit, S$50 for a 5-year Re-Entry Permit and S$50 for the Singapore Identity Card. Re-Entry Permit renewals cost S$10 per year or part thereof. Everything else — translations, professional help, medical checks — is an optional or third-party cost.
Key takeaways
- Government fees for a typical approved application total S$220: S$100 at submission plus S$120 at formalities.
- All ICA fees are non-refundable; the S$100 is paid whether or not the application succeeds.
- The Global Investor Programme adds an EDB application fee of S$20,000 (non-refundable) and S$100 per applicant to ICA.
- ICA notes successful applicants “will be notified of other applicable fees subsequently”.
- Consultancy fees vary widely and are third-party estimates; ask for a written quote and treat any guarantee as a red flag.
